Vaccinations must be given 10 days prior to boarding

Veterinarian Proof of Vaccinations is require:

Bordetella (Kennel Cough) - Boosters given yearly

Distempter, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenze, Parvovirus - Boosters given yearly

Rabies - Boosters given every 3 years

Bring along any medications and instructions for their use

A bed or rug to sleep on

A toy or bones (limit of 2)

Stone Creek feeds a premium chicken base food with 30% protein, 20% fat made by Purina. If your dog requires something else, you are welcome to provide it. Please bring the smallest possible container clearly marked with your dog's name and feeding instructions.
